REQUIREMENTS

1. Submit Volunteer Waiver by the date listed above. You can do so from any device by clicking this link: igfn.us/f/sk2/n.
2. Submit the full names of everyone in your party by the date listed above.
3. Please arrive 15 minutes early to do a COVID-19 rapid test.
4. Bring vaccination card & ID. (We accept Digital QR codes and pictures).
5. Bring a face mask and a bottle of water.

Parking: The Midnight Mission underground parking entrance is on S. San Pedro St., just south of 6th Street.

Due to limited parking, we strongly encourage carpooling.

Personal Items: Please LOCK ALL VALUABLES in the trunk of your car.

Dress Code: Volunteers must wear t-shirts, long pants, closed-toe rubber sole shoes, and hair tied back.

Please do not wear dangly jewelry, shorts, tank tops, open-toed shoes, skirts, or dresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are feeling unwell or have come into contact with someone with Covid-19, please excuse yourself and notify us as soon as possible.
